Outstanding!! Customer service was excellent. The rooms we clean with fresh water. We felt very safe. I will recommend all to stay. Meal are clean as the food was delicious. Staff was very attentive to guests.

This was my 6th time in a Safari, and 3rd in Masai Mara. The food was great even compared to other lodges I have been. They have daily live music during meals. Staff were friendly and supportive - they have actively sought ways to help in the dining, bar, rooms. Room was very clean and spacious enough to relax between game drives

Our room and it's location was fantastic! Prideinn is located at the edge of the Masaai Mara Reserve, we were surrounded by nature. It was amazing, hearing all the birds and the occasional bark/roar of wildlife during the night. What an experience! The service was excellent. Millie, our dining room attendant, was very cheerful and very accommodating. Benson, our housekeeper, brought us hot water bottles on our first night to warm the ends of our beds so our feet wouldn't be cold! He even heated the water, filled the bottles and placed them under the covers! Wow! We have never had service like this before.

Pride Inn in Kenya offered a lovely two-night stay. Location was great. We particularly enjoyed the buffet, which boasted a nice variety of delicious food. Live music every day was enjoyable. A special mention must go to Millie! She was absolutely fantastic, always ready to assist with anything we needed, and not just within the restaurant – she truly went above and beyond. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Our accommodations were spacious and very comfortable. There were also two waterfall showers, one inside and one right outside.The entire staff was super friendly and we appreciated their thoughtfulness. The lodge itself was also very nice, contributing to a wonderful experience.

Fantastic location! Right in Masai Mara Park, the camp is situated on a river. It's the perfect starting point for the exciting safaris. The staff are so very friendly! Nick was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this camp for your next trip to Kenya.

It's a lovely place and a wonderful Masai mara experience, I will definitely choose this place again. The place exceeded our expectations. We think pictures didn't do justice to beautiful place this is. There is so much attention to detail given to the acoustics. Staff is so great and friendly, they make you feel at home. Everyone is warm and courteous. Rooms are super comfortable and luxurious. Hot water bottles provided every night for comfy sleep experience. Food is super nice with a lot of options (even vegetarian and exotic meat varieties). We saw an elephant right across the river while having our dinner at restaurant. They have a nice guitarist who plays great local songs- just during our last night at Prideinn, he played : "Goodbye Masailand, I will come again". Special shout out to Patrick, who took care of us and other staff which ensured our stay was perfect. It was a happy & peaceful place. Location is perfect. There is a bridge that you cross and there you are in the safari world, but you are far enough to be safe. There are guards all night taking a round to ensure safety is maintained.

Hotel con todas las comodidades, muy cerca de la reserva Masai Mara, y con la originalidad que las habitaciones simulan ser tiendas de campaña. Estuve en una con balcón al lado del río y fue una superexperiencia. Además la habitación es muy grande, con diferentes espacios, y 2 duchas estilo cascada, una interior y otra exterior. La piscina muy bien, y comidas buenísimas, siempre con la atención de Millie que es muy amable, simpática y servicial. Muy recomendable.
